My existing small script loads a JPG and creates a simple effect, saving a PNG using the GD-Image function imagefilledrectangle (with transparency). I need it to write a SVG file instead. The resulting image must look the same. Please bid only if you understand. I do NOT need an image converter!

UPDATE 2: script shown to work, SVG is actually better visually then PNG version. Last bid, modified script has practically the same structure and for the bid amount I can change now required phpsvg library to pure SVG elements and having script output (XML of the) SVG file.
