PHP/Wordpress - Contact form to filled PDF

I need someone expert in wordpress who can create 3 contact forms on my wordpress website and those contact form details needs to be filled on a pdf form(I will provide the pdf form) . My current website is: [login to view URL] Reference website is: [login to view URL] Website working mechanism is: People can apply for PAN Card online on our website where they have to fill up an online form which can be checked at this reference link: [login to view URL] After filling up the form, they will be redirected to the payments page where after successful payment, the user are able to download the filled pdf form (check the downloadable form attached with this job post. This form will be filled up with those details which user entered in the form online on our website before payment) .. A basic payment receipt needs to be sent to the customers email address as well. So, basically here we have will be having three sections: 1. Apply new PAN Card (Ref URL: [login to view URL]) 2. Correction in PAN Card (Ref URL: [login to view URL]) 3.
