You need to put number on all the squares and allow people to pick their spots. Each square is half and acre. If someone own 5 acres they can pick 10 spots then the next person in line will pick his or her spot. So you would initially send out an email to first person. Which i would have a list of emails. they would pick their plots once they hit done ( which would be an option) the next person on the email list would pick their property. And this would would work this way going down the list.
