Post Classified Ads - Software

I am looking for someone that can build me a software that can post ads to sites like this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have many sites like these that all have the similar posting page, so this new software should: 1- Be able to import via .txt on my computer, a list of url's I want to specifically post my ads to. 2- Be able to ad my, title, ad description, Location, email, upload a picture from my computer, if I chose to add one and tick off the "I agree to the terms" box of the posting page. 3- Should be able to uncover the captcha with, Catcha breaker software, this software can be found here: [login to view URL] and also have the ability to uncover captcha's with [login to view URL] (via username and password) for Death by captcha service. I would chose what uncover captcha I want to use by ticking off a box in this new software. 4- should have dedicated proxies enabled, if I chose, to make this software post ads anonymously, the dedicated proxies should be in this format: [login to view URL]:555alpha:g6r8KO75P9515581R , this being IP, Port (80), User (555alpha) and password (g6r8KO75P9515581R). These number here were just an example, the dedicated proxies would be different and I would like to be able to import up to 50 of them via .txt from my computer. 5- Copy and Paste should be enabled anywhere in the fields of this software. 6- I would like to be able to also spin words in any fields of this software, so that when my ads are posted, the titles, ad descriptions etc would look different for every posting. This spinning of text, could be done via .txt, for the software to chose a random line of a .txt file I chose for a specific box like title or ad description or email etc. 7- I would also like to have in this software, an option that can, go into email accounts I have, and would import via .txt, then check for any emails that have confirmation links in the email, click them and then delete the email. 8- I would like to be able to have profiles that I can save into this software, profiles of, name to use, address, location etc that the software can use with future ad postings. Also have my ads saved into the software for future ad postings. I may have up to 500 different ads, to save into the software. 9- I should be able to chose the ads I have saved, by tiking off little boxes next to my ads saved, to chose what ads I wand posted now, so if I want to post ad # 5,14,55,56,58, then that's what this software will post next, to all site urls I import into the software via .txt. Important to note that, I would like this software to be able to post my ads to sites like I mentioned above, but all url links to post ads, are directly going to the specific posting page, so I would not need the software to navigate from the main page to the posting page, I already have the direct posting page links of the sites I want to post to, the posting page always look similar to the two above. Upon completing this software, I will need to test it that it can do all things mentioned on this page before I agree to a job well done. This software needs to be on my desktop with a desktop icon, easy to launch. Only apply for this job if you can complete this software without issues or problems and can quote a good price to complete such a new bot for me.
