Product Data base to Include these fields Item #, / Description / Price / Unit of Measure / Case Packing / Case CBM / Cartoon Weight/ Product Photo / and one other for General spec / and be able to print all the product details directly on page or pdf Vendor Database to Include A Vendor Code / Company Name / Full Address details / Phones / Fax / Contact Person / Cell Phone / Email Address / Website and a Photo or pdf of the vendors Call card and all vendor details be able print to a page or pdf Purchase Order Template should also Include (In addition to the basics) A field for Currency / Country of Origin / the Port of Shipping / Shipping Terms (FOB/CIF) / payment terms / ETC This Purchase order is structured on ordering by the case or cartons to fill the volume of a shipping containers and is calculated on the case packing of the products and presented on the PO template in the following order Item # | Item Descrip | Case ordered |Case packing |Total Quantity Ordered | Unit of Measure | Cost Price | TotaL | Space| Case CBM | Total CBM / weight / gross weight Calculation Formula is as follows Case Ordered x Case Packing = Quantity Ordered x Price = Total Cost || Cases Ordered x CBM = Total CBM Case Weight = Gross Weight Totals at the bottom for Gross Product Cost / CBM and weight. Ffield inserts under the sub-total for Freight | Insurance | Inland Transport | Packing and Other Charges | an area for Terms and Conditions | and an area for PO approval and Signature . Also a Company Logo insert for the template / Purchase order template can be in landscape format if necessary to fit all details Need it in a bit of a hurry as I am travelling to a trade Expo in a few days and I prepared to purchase a ready-made application from a freelancer if it meets my requirements.
