Research PHP Script or Cloud-Service for RSS feed handling

- We are searching for a php script to install on our local server OR cloud service - paid or unpaid service, ideally max. 10 Euros / month or one time 100 Euros (but accept infos about services that cost more) - your task is to return a list of scripts or cloud services (URLs) that match the minimum functionality below Functionality minimum: -Takes a feed with many items (i.e. [login to view URL]) and filters them for a list of keywords (Only the items that include one or more of the keywords are kept), subtracts double items, and displays a new feed based on the results that can be fetched by a newsletter tool. New projects (feeds and keywords for a new topic) should be addable easily.
