Ok, so i have a link to the radar image animated, like the one supplied. I want a solution PC, php, python Etc that i can point at a storm and a destination and it calculates how long it will take to get to the location, Each image frame is 6mins exactly. When this is working properly then it will get the live image from the online source but for working and testing you can use the attached image.
