Script or some type of Auto Editing

Not sure if this is even possible, but I have to give a try. What I have is a bunch of Adobe After Effects Files they are Animations Vertical 1080x1920 which can be also be altered meaning changing NAMES and DATES , what I'm looking for a possibility of doing this Automatically whether it's an AE file or MOV file or MP4 file or SWF file ( one or the other ) to somehow EDIT that ONLINE on a webpage and convert to whatever I can Mp4 or SFW file I don't really care which format as long as I can somehow EDIT the NAMES and DATE and automatically create the file . I'm including Example what I would want to edit, it is a MOV file which was exported from Adobe After Effects. Due to the file being 23MB I'm including a link to view it.
