We have an existing Woocommerce plugin that requires some updates. Our plugin prevents some users from paying by cash if we choose to blacklist them. Requirements - Allow admins to manage bad users (eg. Customer that do not pay) - Allow admin to manage blacklist. (eg. Add/Remove users from list) - Users added to blacklist cannot pay by cash - If certain shipping method is selected then disable cash also. - Allow Admin to add new shipping methods to disable cash - Must create easy to use interface for Admins to manage blacklist and shipping methods - Only allow Admins to manage options - Plugin must be built to Wordpress standards, using clean, easy-to-read code - If shipping method allows cash payment but user is blacklisted then user cannot pay by cash. - Code must be commented for future development

The current woocommerce plugin will be customized based on the required functional elements coded. We will comment the code for any future improvements. Admin management options: a. Admin option to manage bad users - admin add/edit/delete users in the bad users list. b. Manage Blacklist - Admin can add/remove users from the list. c. Admin can add new shipping methods Other features: a. Blacklist users - cannot pay by cash b. If shipping method selected, to disable the pay by cash e. if shipping allows cash payment, user is blacklisted, that user cannot pay by cash.
