Good day! To finish your task successfully, we can use 2 ways. The 1st one it's - latest curl compilation from sources and the second one - compile own curl rpm upgrade package. I prefer to use the second way because production server must not have development packages for security reasons. To perform "clean" compilation, I have always made it in Docker container with minimal CentOS install. I will be honest - I'm not so familiar with Plesk, but I know many others like WHM, DirectAdmin, KloxoCP, VestaCP. The Plesk well-documented, since I am highly experienced sysadmin - I can't see any problem to find and solve any issues that you could have.
