Very Small Website Designing & Progamming

We want a 3-5 page website to be made in php/mysql with members area where only company employes can login and not for general public. Registration URL will be provided seperately and not publishes on the website because this is only for employes of a company. This members area will contain all policies of the company and internal communication and updates for the company employes. If possible, we want the username as username @ company . dom format. All employes are already allotted email address. So with those email IDs and password, they can login to the site. After login in the site they cannot change their passwords or any other information. That can be done by admin login where all the updates and other content can be updated for employes member area. IMPORTANT: This site should work properly in 800x600 and 1024 resolutions.
