Web interface to allow users to upload media files - audio and video files up to 4 GB size. Environment: Linux server running PHP 5.6 & MySQL 5.6 Front end: HTML5 Compatible browser 1. Allow user to select multiple files from their desktop and upload 2. Max individual file size: 4GB. Allow only selection of specific file formats - audio & video. 3. Chunked uploads with resume support. You can get this using HTML5 Files API. 4. The server side PHP script should assemble the chunks & verify transfer is complete and then post to a database. A quick research and I see there are some options on GitHub like blueimp/jquery and flowjs php-server but I am open to ideas. Feel free to propose what you think is best. I will provide access to the development server. If you are interested, please submit a proposal outlining your solution, the timeline and cost (including milestones & payments). Hello! flowjs is a good choice for this task. I would prefer this library for this project. I need to know from you in which environment this piece of html-code should works? Or you require just a demo page with working functionality? Also, wich database would be used to save upload info? And do we need to save the whole file into the DB, or just a path to the file placed in a directory on hard drive? my plan: 1. sketch a html page with upload controls 2. write a php backend to save chunked files 3. write DB code 4. write cron code to clean up outdated non-complete uploads 5. adjust html-page design for your needs

Hi, Thanks for your information. according to my experience blueimp option is best to upload big size audio or video files. for me development will take 3 to 4 max days and i will follow your mentioned technologies. I will take payment in 2 milestone. 1st you will have have to create when i start work and release it when demo is ready. at that time you will create 2nd milestone and you will test that demo if anything correction i will correct it to final version and you will finally release 2nd milestone.
