Website with PDF CRUD

Website for Students with a searchable Database of PDFs (Test Protocols). Website will be in German Database: CRUD of PDFs, consisting of scanned documents and added text from the users. categorized by test subject and subcategorized by professor name. User side: after registering and being manually cleared by an administrator (after showing an ID in person at the office) the user can log in and search the database, filtered as noted above. Once a document is chosen, the user receives the pdf per E-Mail with an automated Watermark (username). From this moment he is blocked from receiving further documents. Instead upon logging in he is redirected to a form page, where the details of the document he downloaded are shown, and is able to input free text (must input x minimum characters). After he sends the form, he is unlocked for downloading further documents. repeat above. User receives automated E-Mails when no form was submitted after x days of downloading. The Text the user inputted in the form is added to the beginning of the PDF as a new page Administrator Side: user administration - can authorize new users and block/unblock existing users from downloading documents. document editing - can edit text and categorization of documents in the database attached is a ppt in german explaining the concept, general demo available here: [login to view URL]
