I would like to integrate Olark Chat with WHMCS. The chat MUST communicate with the customer account when logged in, and MUST save transcript as a "closed" support ticket. If the customer is chatting with support and is NOT logged in, the admin will send a message or push a FORM for the user to login to confirm their identity, and continue with support. It's that simple.
