Woocommerce Custom Product Addition PLUGIN

Hello All, I have a problem adding products to my website and need to streamline the process with a custom coded plugin or page. What I need is to first search my inventory for a SKU (Part Number) if it matches I need to add a new Variation to the matching SKU. When adding the variation you would need to select the "Condition" (This condition Attribute is Setup in the Woocommerce Environment), Add a Price, Pictures and Description. (The variation would have the same Size and Dimensions as the Main Product/SKU) If the SKU is NOT found, a new SKU would need to be created based on the searched number. You would then need to enter a new product into the system, this includes Title, Description, SKU, Size, Weight, Pcitures, Product Category, Price, Sales Price. My goal is to have this all on the front end, the back end would be an added bonus. If any other clarification is needed please let me know
