Wordpress Custom Tasks

Hello everyone, I have some tasks to make to my wordpress site ( i will send you the link in pm) I have a wordpress site with wp-rentals theme. The idea of the site is: a. Managers can insert properties and owners. b. owners can change their properties, and put limits (of energy, water and gas use) to a custom IoT widget we created c. tenants can see the limit and measurement Everyone from above can call a taxi, a cleaning service or breakfast with the custom widget we created. Tasks: 1. a. Create a Managers' user system where each manager. has a profile page they can edit and there is a stream at the frontpage with our featured managers photos, with link to their profile. b. Disable owners properties creation but allow editing. c. Create a partners menu where each manager can add a partner with his proffession, email and sms number. This can be added on managers profile page 2. a. add some checkbox to our widget's cleaning services, so the owners, managers or tenants can choose from beds, toilet, kitchen cleaning etc.. so there is a total cost of the service. Also add a second field for email or sms for each of the partner on "edit property" page so if the first choice cannot serve, there is a second choice (maybe after 15 minutes of unconfirmed order it triggers) b. create a confirmation system. When a taxi partner or cleaning service partner, or technician partner takes an sms or mail order, he should send a blank sms or mail as a reply to confirm the order. If not after 15(variable) minutes, the mail with the order is sent to the second choice. c. help me connect with our sms server and add sms fields (i only have email fields now) 3. a. Keep track for each order on database with: property name and id, manager of the property, cost of the order. The orders should be seen by managers and super admin in a page so we can charge each manager with a percentage 10% of the earnings. In case you are a super admin you can see each manager's profit and our profit in another page. We have time but our budget is a little restricted.
