Wordpress developer needed to customize a table booking system

You are required to customize the booking system in order to meet my requirements. Requirements: - The booking system will be developed as a separate module. - The booking module should be compatible with existing features of the original theme. - The final solution should be fully tested and debugged. - The workflow and UI should be agree by the client before implementation. - Clean code, comments and best practices should be apply. - Source code should be upload to Github for version control. - A simple documentation will be included. Functionalities - Create a booking with which offer time-based discount ([login to view URL]) - Display of discount slots on the home page, search page and listing details page. - For example, 08:00PM - 10%, 08:30PM - 20%, 09:00PM - 5% and etc. - Users can apply vouchers(existing feature) to enjoy additional discount during reservation. - The ability for listings owners & admins to add discount slots - Modifications in search algorithm, eg users can search table in a specific time - Shortcode to display discounted listings. Admin: - Create/View/Edit/Delete reservation schedules that created by all listing owner. - View/Edit/Delete reservations that made by customers. Listing Owner: - Create/View/Edit/Delete reservation schedules. - View reservations that made by customers. Guest/Customer: - Search available time slots based on selected time. For example, if users select 08:00PM, it will display all listings that available in this specific time. - Users can view the full time slots in the listing details page(eg, [login to view URL]). - Users can make reservation with their preferred time slots. - Notifications should be send to both customer and listing owner. UI Requirements: - Listing owner/Admins should have UI to enable specific time slots OR customize time slots - Listing owner can specify the time slots from Monday - Sunday.
