A wordpress plugin & simple UI

A wrodpress plugin is needed to be developed which will be used to display schedule of different events (maximum 10) in a nice UI. See the output idea in attached [login to view URL] The plugin will have following settings, Mandatory - Two text fields, screen_name and screen_desc Optional - Text field with fixed values (top, bottom, left, right etc.) for position of info boxes on display, info_box_location Optional - Two color field with picker, screen_bg_color, screen_fg_color Mandatory - One number field, max_post_count Mandatory - Hard coded list of possible values of info box type, info_box_type_list (max size of this list is max_post_count) Plugin will also define a wordpress custom post type called Info_Box separate to normal posts in wordpress. There will be always fixed number of posts of this type defined by max_post_count. Each info_box post will be marked with a unique info_box_type. All these posts will be created at setup time after new post type is registered. This post type will have following contents, Mandatory - Text field, info_name Optional - Text field, info_message Mandatory - Disabled select box to choose info box type, info_box_type Mandatory - Date field, info_time Optional - Two color fields with picker, info_bg_color, info_fg_color Optional - Image, info_image Auto - Text field with fixed value (Active), state Plugin will have its own editor for custom post type which will ensure following conditions, 1. there can be one and only one post with each info_box_type. 2. maximum posts of must not exceed max_post_count. A single page full screen wordpress theme for displaying schedule is to be developed. Plugin settings data is used to display header and info boxes. All settings data with prefix screen_ are for display and others are for configuration. Similarly, all info box data with info_ prefix are for display. Users will use plugin settings to define information about screen and info_box editor to manage schedules and display. Delivery Delivery should be in the form of working plugin and brief description of each files and functions.
