**URGENT** I require this job to be completed within the next few hours. I need to be able to open the intercom chat on my WordPress site via a text/button link. There is some information available on how to do this but my knowledge doesn't extend to PHP and JavaScript. The work carried out will need to be placed in either a plugin or the child theme so that it continues to work with future updates. I will need to be shown exactly how to make this work so that I can use it in the future. I am using up to date WordPress as well as the Salient Child theme.
