Wordpress Woocommerce Booking project

This is a project for the entrepreneurial developer, but more than that, the focus is to be able to showcase design skills only on the homepage and to save time in the first stage. Goals: - rapid development of MVP - finding the key developer where we can have a long term relationship with - both design and development skills What we have alreay: - working setup of wordpress - woocommerce - booking module all configured, yet minimal and needing to get further worked out, access to the website will be given after a successful quote. By applying, need to show experience working in woocommerce, no experience is just a waste of time. Booking module development experience is a big plus but with strong design skill not a necessity. Tip: citilights template (search on envato) has a lot of similar functionality out of the box, but doesn't offer the opportunity to grow into a booking site and will be an expensive hurdle down the road What has to work: - register new users (we call them visiting scholars), basic wordpress is enough, shouldn't be mentioned - homepage with a big search bar to search through existing property listings - ability to list all agents - every agent has a little profile with basic necessities shown (see attached wireframes) bonus: - show listings on a google map - show agents on a google map what should not work (yet) - property booking (still, important to use booking mobule already as we will enable this feature later and don't want to migrate) [login to view URL] We have experience working with offshore and freelance developers and developing ourselves and expect the same level of professionalism from people we recruit through upwork.
