As for the features I believe you need to keep track of the user results , and the test each test they taken. So here we need to manage, Users Questions Tests ( created using questions ) User participated tests User test results each and etc. Even we can create a rating system for user based on the tests they taken and the using medium of the test results. In order to develop this project we need to use php, jquery , mainly.
