zestimate values to addresses stored in a MySQL db (or excel file)

I currently made myself a script in visual web ripper to scrape data from [login to view URL], I want a script to also scrape or plugin via Zillow's open API to receive the zestimate values (zillow's price estimate of a given address) of the addresses in the attached table. Included is the information as exported from my script in excel and in sql. Preferably a script that runs - in windows - or google apps script - or I can use my server (linux, ubuntu 16.04) as well if needed. e.g., a simple php page to upload a csv file with addresses that then uses zestimate API to return the address and shows a list with: - address - zestimate
