PostgreSQL Master-Master Replication

hi there! Multi-master setup in PostgreSQL is not natively supported (unlike MySQL). I had success getting master-master replication using Postgresql BDR (a modified version of Postgresql) for a client in the US which is a VSAT internet provider. The BDR's free version is currently pegged at Postgresql 9.4. If that is something you want and you think would work for you, I can definitely help get it up and running for you. There is no way to do master-master replication with PostgreSQL, at least not using built-in functionality. Master-slave replication can be done in a simple way using built in functionality. Master-master requires external tools to be used, such as pgpool or sloni, both of which are very complex to configure and somewhat fragile in most environments, and most certainly fail your requirement for having simple instructions for setting this up. I have 20 years of experience with PostgreSQL and other open source databases.
