Create a formula for Airtable

I am creating an automation using Integromat for an Airtable record. It will send an email when the record appears in a certain view. This is set up and working well. I then want to add a module to update the Airtable record, so that a date is entered into a field for "Next Action" which is the date/time the email was sent plus 1 day. This project is simple - create the formula that I need to enter in Integromat to make this function work.
