URGENT: Phone answering/Virtual Assistant for small company

Hi everybody, we need a person who can help us take care of our phone line. We are based in Italy but our clientele is English speaking, mostly based in USA. Since we can't take all the calls, we would like to you route around 2-3 calls per day to you. You will help clients understand what the status of a project is (we will give you access to our project management) or just take note of what they say and send us a mail. In some cases, you will be able to put the client on hold, send an Instant Message to us and get back to the client with our reply. This will keep some separation between us and the clientele, and focus on the real work. We DON'T strictly need you to be expert in any technical matters but some skills with web sites and web development would be a value added. This is going to be a long term project but we will start with an initial test period. Feel free to bid for a month and let us know the available hours. We will either route the calls to your phone or give you a program you can install on your computer. You will be able to speak with a headset. We also give you FREE worldwide calls, as a value added. LANGUAGE: we don't need native English speakers. People from any part of the world can work with us. The local accent should not be too strong though. Please post a sample recording of your voice so we can evaluate it without contacting you directly. You just need a PC and a headset. You can write down the conversation summary, every time somebody calls.
