I am in need of your services to create a contract for the right to the exclusive use of a businesses equipment and facility during hours i specify written in the simplest manner possible thats still legally binding . As of now i haven't negotiated a deal so i dont have the specifics on who I'm renting from therefore i would appreciate it, if you could create a blank form contract that allows me to change things as i negotiate. I would also need you to advise me on every angle that might affect me or to include anything i haven't foreseen. I'll post the rest of the details i want the contract to cover if you decide to work with me.
