Batch-process for existing python script that outputs 2 .csv files

The jupyter script "[login to view URL]" is written to run 2 functions on the transposed data files. The functions are called "LZs" and "LZc". The output of each of these functions is written to a separate .csv file. At the moment, I need to manually run the script on each file, by changing the file name of the .txt input data file and the file names of the 2 output .csv files (as you can see from the comments in the script). Also, I can only run this script by putting the .txt file in the top-level user folder, and it outputs the 2 .csv files to this same folder. It would be good if the script could be modified to output the 2 .csv files for ALL files in a specified folder i.e. as a batch-process for multiple .txt files, that automatically generates a file name for each output file based on the input file name
