Combine/edit existing python script to add functionality. (telethon)

I need to add feature to a python script. (Script A) I have these features in the other similar script. (Script B) So your job would be to locate the functions in Script B and add it to Script A. + Integrate the Script A into the flow of Script B. Previous work with Telegram api and telethon library preferred. Bonus (20usd if completed today) More details: So the script I have currently working is a telegram script that adds users to a channel. It rotates through phone numbers (apis) and is multi-threaded. What I mean by that- is that it uses several numbers(bots) at the same time in co-currennce. But I also have a mass-message script. In there it just sends 50 messages (or until flood error) - and then moves to the next account after it hits the limit. It would need to be changed to function in the same way -that it could use several accounts at the same time.
