Dear Sir/Madam, I am a GIS developer and analyst with prior experience working on tasks such as this, from a background in environmental science and ecology. My skillset is fairly broad and includes working with ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, GRASS etc; programming in Python and R; data management; spatial analysis; map design/cartography; web map development; and working with databases/SQL. In this case, I propose developing a Python script, using modules like rtree, GDAL/OGR, and shapely. Is this for transport modelling software for analysis? I have done a similar project for a Transport Specialist. He has run a model using this type of data.

Currently I am preparing my master's thesis in environmental geomorphology. I create topographic and geological maps, road maps and spatial analysis. I analyze maps by remote sensing. I also calculate the quantities of drilling and landfill and work as a surveyor but free work without any particular party. Make maps of population distributions anywhere in the world if sources of information are lost. I conduct surveys and population statistics on maps if the necessary information is available. Seriousness in work and respect for time are the foundation of success.
