Lightning prediction using python

I have the historical lightning data (location, lightning intensity and time) for 8 years. Basically, this project is about the predict the next location of the incoming lightning and its intensity. The data is within 100km radius from the test point. Main objectives of this project is to use the ann algorithm to do the prediction and do the performance verification such as Error (R square), POD (Probability of Detection) , FAR (False Alarm Rate), and LT(Lead time) etc.
