Hey mate, Well openStack platform will have to be setup normally as it should be. However, for the management etc, would you care to look at foreman application? In supports OpenStack management and it's an open source project. Have a look at it, http://www.theforeman.org. I didn't know about it either, but for a project it came up to to and I had to learn it. I personally am not a programmer, I am a Linux Systems expert.
