In short, we already have a Python script which performs the rule mining for us (which we will provide), however we are asking for your help with two things: (1) reformat the rule output and (2) we want you to implement a template which allows for a single paragraph to be produced after the rules have been generated. See uploaded file for complete details. Python script will be sent to winning bidder. Also, let us know when you bid if you would like to be considered for other Python work beyond this task.

The due date is 2 days to account for extensive testing on my part, as I have a habit of coding for any and all exceptions possible. Saves the client hassle later on in case of peculiar data.
