Dear Client, thanks for posting this project. I went through the attached documents and understood the project. I have used the MLX90614 with ESP8266 on previous projects. I would strongly recommend including a PiCamera module for the facial recognition part of this project. I will build this for you using Python with OpenCV and Cascade Classification methods for facial recognition. This will recognize the face, measure the temperature and send the information to the Ubidots platform via REST API. I have a Raspberry Pi 3 as well as Picamera and MLX90614 Sensor.
