We need on going support for [login to view URL] V13. This would involve being available for support 9-3 PM daily on call only for Inventory, accounting and sales order processing issues. We establish a google meeting daily for support to resolve issues. We need you in signed into the meeting and we will email you when we need help. Response time to us will need to be within 30 minutes. Prior to hiring, you will be given an issue. If it is resolved or another process is offered we will evaluate the results. Examples: we need to delete items from a Purchase order that has already been placed. There is an error when we attempt to do that. We have customers that migrated from our Nestuite System and the contacts have been assigned account number and not migrated to the parent company correctly. Delivery orders not allowed to be save because of a move issue.
