1. Create an AES key 2. Encrypt a string "Hello World" using the AES key. Print the encrypted value. 3. Decrypt the encrypted value with the AES key to get the original string "Hello World". 4. Rotate AES key 5. Decrypt the encrypted value obtained in Step 2 to obtain "Hello World". Use the links in the rotated key to obtain the key id of the original key. Use this key id for the decrypt API.
