HI, I am looking for ready -finished-working and cloud deployed Text to Speech API. Please help develop and demonstrate a working API. Your job is to : 1. Develop 2. Demonstrate voice quality . If we like the voice quality as good as AWS, then 3. Deploy it on cloud and our app is able to integrate to it . We will only pay once it is deployed on the cloud for us 4. Provide a detailed word document for the design and secured API protocols Pls note I am not looking for a AWS or Azure Cognitive Paid API. I am looking for my own engine for endless consumption of this API for my own APP
