I would like to hire an Image Processor

A python module where we can pass the starting coordinates and width of a text pane (The height should be dynamic), the colour of the pane (r, g, b, a), the font typeface, font colour (r, g, b, a) and font size. The module will also receive the String to be printed (multilined with special characters [UNICODE]). The module would then draw the pane on the image frame, so that it is strictly within the image boundaries according to the pane descriptions, and put the string inside within the pane, leaving aesthetic margins on all sides. The final image is to be returned.
