I have been working in real estate since 2004 and I know what investors are looking for and understand how to create offers on properties that make sense for the investor and the sellers to create a win-win situation for all parties involved.

I would be able to help you, I have worked as a finance specialist and I understand how to read proposals and calculate your best option.

I was a Realtor for 16 years. I retired last fall. I do freelance work now. This is the first bid I have made on this site. I would be happy to help you.

I have a lot of experience with real estate and business transactions. Having previously owed a business where we purchased other businesses, I am very comfortable with analyzing deals. I also understand real estate as I currently own several properties for investment purposes in Canada and the US. My current portfolio includes both residential, rental, and commercial holdings. I will collect and analyze the information that you have in terms of offers, calculate the best possible option and returns for you and write a summary report making my recommendation. I am very interested in helping you. I would like to know what type of property you are selling: residential, retail, office, etc... From there I can help you run some quick calculations, and maybe run a quick valuation of the property. Also, if you have used the property as an investment, have you kept track of your cash flows since purchase?
