Hatchery building plan

I have a hand Sketch of a simple layout Hatchery plan and would like it to be well represented on a Meter scale with dimension and if possible a finish external representation of what it will be looking like . The land to exploit is 1000m2 but of course I will not use the whole land to build the hatchery, however would like to have a driving and walk path on the land for delivery and shipping. Some important factors are: • Restroom (Toilet) need to be separated for two genders, Male and Female. • The Generator and water tank need to be at least 3 meter away from the building and from each other • The office will be for two person • Meeting will be big enough to hold a 10 people meeting • The changing / break / lunch room can be reasonable • The chicks cleaning room need to have a garbage Evac door or egg shield. • The hallway and all doors from receiving to eggs shower room need to be big enough to facilitate the maneuverability of the incubator and setter unit. Both unit are 2.9 length 1.9 width and 2.2 height • The incubator and setter room will be big enough to have the units fitted there • Storage and shipping room big enough for the purpose. 1.
