3 case studies and a business plan

I am reposting it as my previous post was not clear enough and I also received overpriced quotes. Cost is the key to win this work because I will provide all the details and guidance once you submit the first draft of the case study. Do you have a consulting background in business or data management and advised client for the firm growth then I would like to hear from you. I need to write three case studies - 2 pages max. These are the actual projects that I worked on during my career and I would like them to be documented. They are within the banking & IT industry 1. Trade settlement with new Date 2. Data governance and management effort 3. Regulatory project: Option expiry. Here is what I like to see on the PowerPoint slide: a. Scope of the project: what is the ask and what is expected from me b. Challenges c. Approach/Solution d. Impact. The impact can be illustrated using a bar or a pie chart by segmenting them into sub-categories such as staff, time, compliance, automation, cost, etc and show them against what the industry trends are. You may also have to include a Visio diagram that will highlight the differences between the current state and future state of a process/system/report etc. I will provide detailed guidelines and most of the content - YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEAK TO ME ON THE PHONE. You should be able to write and present them in a way that is clear and concise without losing the actual meaning and content. The bottom line, I need someone mature and experienced writer (consulting style) who can comprehend and able to communicate on the PowerPoint. I am also open to any ideas you may have. Business plan: 10 pages most - the primary focus will be on the first three pages. Your research will be helpful here. I am flexible on timing so you will have 5-7 days to complete.
