My wife , my kids and I are going to move from Miami to Municipio de COnde, Brazil, to do volunteer work for 10 months. We may rent a small house in Jacuma or a beach nearby. The place is close to Recife and to Joao Pessoa. And those are dangerous cities. I want to hire someone to put perhaps 5 hours (to start and get to know you) towards researching and creating a report with info such as: the 3 best clinics/private hospitals and the best rated pediatricians in the Jacuma area, in Joao Pessoa and in Recife (including name, address, link, email). Also, the 5 to 10 best kept secrets of things someone should not miss in that area (cultural experiences, tourism, festivals, natural scenery). A short list of companies that provide private security / alarm systems for residences, etc. Lastly, it would be helpful to have a short list of reputable real estate agents (and their contact info) to help us find a house.
