Phone survey in Brazil

I am looking for a fluent Spanish speaker who can collect up to 40 questionnaires by phone in Brazil. The questionnaires need to be collected within the first two weeks of every month. You should factor call charges into your bid. I will provide you with the contact details of who to call and the answers to the 7 multiple choice questions will need to be entered into my administration based web site.
