Enhancements to an existing Ruby on Rails Catalogue website

My client has a product catalogue web-site that is built in Ruby on Rails 2.0.5. It does not perform any ecommerce functions - simply displays products along with their prices. There are a few changes that need to be made: * one of the pages needs a specialist translation in German (the client has supplied the text). The application is not localised via the official i18n Rails system; instead custom internationalisation has been added but I can explain this to you * the site header needs a slight redesign, with some new links in place (the client has supplied details of how this is to look) * the product prices need to be updated * the site needs upgrading to Rails 2.3.5 For the product price update, the client will supply a CSV file that lists the (unique) product codes and the new price values. A rake task needs to be written that reads the CSV, finds the relevant products and updates the prices accordingly. The site does not have a test suite, so there will be a bit of manual testing needed; especially for the upgrade to Rails 2.3.5. I will supply git access to the source code (hosted on github) and a copy of the current database.
