The work will be carried out in stages. The first stage: the search for companies. The second stage: personal negotiations with companies (without the presence of the director of the Russian company). As a result of the negotiations, the third stage: the organization of the director's trip and personal meetings with the companies. Each stage is paid separately. As a result of the negotiations, the monthly salary will be determined.
