SAP B1 Error (No data [Message 131-85])

When I run the TAX report in SAP B1 - 2007 version 8.00.242 SP:01 PL:15 I get an error message No data [Message 131-85] This data definately exists in SAP as I can see it in the general ledger. We ran this report for Jul - Sep last year but can not even run this report again - we get the same message. I would like to know how to fix this error to generate the report again.

Hi , Good Morning, Could you please answer to below query ? Have you checked the date format settings, is it recently changed ? Is it in Development system ? it it's have you cross checked with Prod or QAS sytems as well ? Is the data exist in Company Code ? is it standard report or customized report ? r u only facing the issue or every one facing the same issue. can you please share screenshots of error message and could you explain how you are processing the report. can you provide me the database and application details as well.

the error review is performed with the user, the report filters are verified and the change logs are reviewed so that the report is generated again

Hello It seems to me that somehow the underlying queries are not interpreting the date function correctly- perhaps format issue MM/DD/YYYY or some such. Does this help? I can help you if you can share the screens/similar reports. Good luck Rao
