Hello, Is Scrapy really necessary? I can upload any files to your ftp with credentials via "ftplib". We can send any files but there are a lot of information is missing in your description. I can extract any data from website or excel files. we can save CSV and sent to FTP folder automatically and regularly. I can complete this project probably within a day but I put 4 days for your satisfaction for the project and script.
