Need Facebook expert to Create Fan Page

I need a programmer expert in facebook that can create a Fan page for me with the following details. .Own URL Address .Company information optimized . Bigger or longer logo set up ( I will provide logo ) . Set up Tabs . google analytics in pages & Google Analytics Code each Tab . contact form . Implementation of Various 3rd Party Apps . Different views for Fans/Non-Fans Fans View: • Wall: Updated with blog posts (RSS from our site – we’ll implement) and event updates • Complimentary webinars – want highlighted on the site and an easy signup form. Have HTML from reg system and would like integrated onto FB page. • Forums: Have them on page, want available, with a few main sections, and users can start threads and post in them. • Events: Need to post our online events here and have registration run through our reg system. • Polls: have on there but is this the best one to use? • How do we keep tabs in same order? • Promotions/coupons: want to be able to offer (limited?) number of coupons to FB fans.
