I have had extensive administrative work experience in home-based environments, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people.
I worked as a freelancer /virtual assistant for 4 years. I am very much familiar in working with:
Social Media Management,( I'm familiar with Social Report, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Tailwind to schedule post images/content), Data Entry, Lead Generation, LinkedIn Campaign, Real Estate, Online Marketing, Graphic Design, SEO, Email Management, Customer service using GrooveHQ, Uploading Products (eBay, Shopify, Amazon), XERO accounting, Online QuickBooks,Transcription, MailChimp, Salesforce, Wordpress, and other project management task.
My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive, and I pride myself on my ability to adapt to all kinds of situations as they arise. I am mature and responsible enough to handle tasks that need minimal supervision in which the outcome is within the deadline while increasing overall productivity with efficiency. I am hungry to learn new things, gain more experiences, willing to embrace different environment, and open to challenges that will come across which in return will make me grow and develop as an individual as well as the company I represent.
