I would like to hire a Business Planner

I am pursuing my passion to open a wine bar/shop in the Los Angeles area. The business model is unique to most in my area and will not only be brick and mortar but, onine and delivery with heavy Social Media marketing. I am looking for someone who can create a business plan I can present to potential investors, not a 20 page plan where one loses interest after the first 5 pages. I am wanting one that is concise and succinct, executive summary, marketing and 3 to 5 year projections. I am open to recommendations on ways to make this a more compelling proposal and will offer more details to those interested in the project.
