I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C#. Create a audio player to play decoded files from memory using preferably NAudio. I would like 3 buttons, (Choose the file , Play, Stop) and a volume bar. I provide the encoded audio file and the decoder.
